The project features a unique palette of materials, including Kearny stone-filled gabion baskets, large sawn boulder treads, and a custom rough-cut wood and angle iron fence that emphasizes the home's contemporary aesthetic. A refined floating Ipe deck and 4 x 4 bluestones in contrast to the natural river gravel create inviting pathways and outdoor gathering spaces.

The outdoor area features a custom grill with a built-in smoker, complemented by a honed bluestone countertop, making it an ideal spot for culinary gatherings.
